Victorious?

I am incredibly jealous of people who go to other countries now. I've always figured that at one point, at some time, I'd have a chance to go to Japan or England...at the very least, Canada. It's not so much a dream as a wish, and I really hope I get that wish. Someday. Someyear. :)
So, like...a place. o_0 That was the easiest thing EVER. A month of list-making and phone calls, and in two days - TWO DAYS - we check out a place, submit an application, and get the apartment. Why wasn't it this easy when I moved in with Bo? Maybe that's just a cosmic proof that I'm supposed to go to Jonesboro. Or maybe it's just proof that the Villa is really desperate for money. Either way, I am excited. Ecstatic. Joyous. Happy in my pants.
Indeed.
Now the hard part - finding a job in Jonesboro. This next Tuesday, October 28, I'll hopefulyl submit enough applications to get hired at one place. Just one place, that's all I ask. Well, a really fun, happy, nice job would be nice, but I'll not demand too much of the BBOCITS. Actually, this is what much of November will be for me; getting a job in Jonesboro. I hate that I can't give an exact date for Larry, but I should be able to give a general two-weeks' notice. Like November 7 or something. Smeg, even if I leave early, he has enough people to handle the hours easily enough. Valerie and Jonathan both need more hours than they currently get, and Dennis and Pam can handle a few more themselves.
Electric bill was only ~$90. It's usually ~$190. I am so happy I almost need new pants. Of course, this means winter is approaching ( we use the AC less), so once we turn on the heater, gas bill will jump up. It shouldn't be too bad, though. Gas is a lot more efficient (price-wise) than electricity. Sort of.
I need to arrange my dates better, but I'm still nervous about the whole 'getting a job' thing.
