I woke up at 7:30 this morning and got up right away. This is pretty awesome (I am in some ways a morning person), but it's pretty much due to the fact that I went right to bed last night. I do not think this will be a trend, alas.

I've used the bike a couple of times, if I can just do it more often maybe my legs will stop burning during rides. ugh, I am old and fat. :D

WEEEHOOOO!!! A road bike even!! I bought a new mountain bike at the begining of this month. A Kona 7005. I have already had one flat tire and had to take it in for a "tune up." It is an "entry level" mountain bike which means it cost just under 400 bucks and rides like it costs 150!! Just joking. I like it and usually go out 3 to 4 times a week and ride for a minimum of one hour but usually closer to two. I had my old mtn bike tuned up and then gave it to my boyfriend so we can go out on rides together. The front derailer (gear shift thingy) broke yesterday when the chain popped off the gear and ripped it downward. Which is funny cause it was brand new as that is what I paid to get fixed.....I am rambling now....

Keep Riding!!

There is a book titled "Heft On Wheels"

Look it up

Hugs

Christopher
