Saturday, 2 August 2003 18:12We're out of milk, except a tiny bit at the bottom that is good for nothing. Not enough for a glass or bowl of cereal or anything. Hrm.
Hey, guess what? Trying to get a mattress on short notice sucks! Apparently, people don't like delivering on Saturday, so I have to wait until Monday to get one to my apartment. Slack. I went to one place, and they were pretty darn expensive. ($300 for the base price of Queen-size mattresses). I left and noticed a woman walking in the rain, and having a rather difficult time of it. Gave her a ride home, which basically made my entire day. Tried another place, and they had a good mattress/box spring combo for $200, but they don't deliver on Saturdays. Just like the other place! So, as I was exhausted, I decided to just wait until Monday to get one of the darn things, and to someday buy a van or something so I can actually CARRY stuff when I buy it >_< Sorry, Renee, looks like you're stuck with the couchbed for at least one night! Better than the floor XP
My headache is still there. Advil takes it away for a couple hours, but I'm starting to be kinda curoius about it. Why is my head hurting so much lately? It's not like I've been banging my head against a wall or anything. Right now, it's not bad enough to make me need meds, but it's annoying nonetheless.
I'm sure there were other things I wanted to talk about, but I can't remember them. So I'm gonna go do dishes and clean a little. Afterward; shower! Mmmm. :)
