Spending hours alone in the apartment is a funny thing lately. I find it difficult to focus, and just kind of drift around in my head. I've doodled an absolute ton today, and deleted most of it as crap. What little I've kept needs dramatic revision. Drawing is fun, but coming out of an unplanned retirement is hard. I'm far rustier than I like, and I'm using a completely new tool to draw with than I was a year ago. It's very nice and makes a lot of things easier, but it's also got a tiny screen and puts out heat like a furnace, straight up into my chest. No wonder I'm sweating.




There finally came a point today where I realized my mind was spinning off into a million places, and I wasn't going to be able to focus enough to finish a proper picture. So I'm posting this instead. Tomorrow, if I post, will be better.
