Spent the last thirty minutes writing the function that will weigh ratings based on feedback metarating. It wasn't as hard as I'd been expecting. I do of course have other bits to write so I can frankenstein them together later, so it may very well grow to be some sort of monster. If I hadn't put all of this off for so long, I'd already be done. I'll try harder.

I'm told the upper management once again cut down (indeed, quite crippling them, the callous cads) how many hours my illustrious leader is allowed to allot. So I'm probably going to be losing 2-3 hours a week, starting the next. This makes me sad in my pants.
